Cancellation Terms

BUNAC must receive all cancellations in writing before a refund can be considered. The following cancellation fees apply:

• If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason before the Certificate of Sponsorship number has been issued the program fee is refunded less a $100 administration charge
• If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason after the issue of the Certificate of Sponsorship number but more than 30 days before the start date of the internship program fee is refunded less a $300 administration charge
• If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason after the issue of the Certificate of Sponsorship number but less than 30 days before the start date of the internship the entire program fee is forfeit
• If your visa application is denied by the British Embassy/Consulate, an administration fee of $200 will be levied. However, if your visa application is denied for reasons you did not disclose to BUNAC, there will be no refund of the program fee

If an application is rejected by BUNAC, the program fee is refunded in full less a $50 administration charge.
